I found out earlier today that my baby cousin committed suicide this morning, most likely because of bullying. He was 13. I’m so sick of hearing about young boys and girls hurting themselves because of bullying, and it hurts so much that my little cousin (who would sit in my lap and read books with me) felt that he had to end his life in order to end his torture.
So give someone a smile, a conversation, a reason to wake up. Forget about race, sexual orientation, popularity. We’re all human, and we’re all in this life together, hatred needs to stop.
